Không cần phải bàn cải thêm về sự cần thiết của Martindale qua các lần xuất bản, bản mới nhất là 36, nhưng mới chỉ có file PDF, dĩ nhiên việc tra cứu thông tin bằng phần mềm sẽ thuận tiện hơn rất nhiều, do dó tôi chia sẻ Martindale 35th ở dạng phần mềm. Đây là tài liệu rất hay cho các Dược sỹ nói chung.

Các bạn down về và nối 3 file có đuôi 001,002,003 lại với nhau bằng phần mềm File Joiner and Splitter.

Hiện tại đã có bản Handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipients 6th dạng PDF nhưng chưa có phần mềm. Còn bản 5th vừa có file PDF vừa có phần mềm, nên sẽ thuận tiện hơn khi cần tra cứu. Đây là tài liệu rất hay, đặc biệt cho những ai đi chuyên sâu về Bào chế.

Tại sao khi chạy/ đi nhanh thường đau phần bụng phải dưới xương sườn?

Hội chứng ETAP

Khi chạy hoặc đi nhanh nhiều hơn mức bình thường, ngoài việc thở dốc bạn còn cảm thấy phần bụng phía dưới ngực hay bị nhói một bên. Hội chứng này thường gặp ở tất cả mọi người và được gọi là ETAP (Exercise related Transient Abdominal Pain). Cơn đau này do các bó cơ của cơ hoành (diaphragm) và các dây chằng nối cơ hoành với các cơ quan khác trong cơ thể bị làm việc quá tải.

Cơ hoành như một chiếc dù. Khi chúng ta hít vào thì cơ hoành bị nén xuống, khi thở ra thì cơ hoành được nâng lên trở lại trạng thái bình thường (chiếc dù bung ra). Trong lúc chạy, chúng ta vẫn phải thở và cơ hoành vẫn phải làm việc. Theo nghiên cứu thì khi chạy người ta thường thở ra khi chân chạm đất và hít vào khi bước chân lên cao. Khi chân chạm đất và cơ hoành bung ra (thở ra) thì các dây chằng liên quan tới cơ hoành sẽ bị chấn động bởi lực dội từ chân lên và có thể va chạm vào các cơ quan bên trong như gan (thường gặp do gan tiếp xúc nhiều hơn với cơ hoành), dạ dày gây đau nhói. Dân gian thường gọi là xóc bụng.

Hít vào

Thở ra

Ngoài ra, khi chạy chúng ta phải tiêu tốn nhiều Oxy (O₂) hơn dẫn đến cơ thể thiếu Oxy (dễ nhất để thấy là khi chúng ta dừng lại không chạy nữa thì phải thở dốc để nạp lại Oxy thiếu hụt vào người). Việc thiếu Oxy này có hai tác động: một là dễ làm cho các cơ bị chuột rút (vọp bẻ) nhiều hơn, hai là khiến chúng ta phải thở nhiều hơn và cơ hoành sẽ không được nghỉ ngơi như bình thường, gây ra cảm giác đau (giống như chúng ta vận động nhiều quá cũng sẽ bị đau cơ tay, cơ chân…)

Để tránh việc này, bạn cần tập luyện thường xuyên, tránh thở dốc khi chạy và tập thở ra khi tiếp đất. Đồng thời, bạn cũng tránh ăn quá no trước khi chạy và chỉ nên chạy sau bữa ăn khoảng 2 tiếng để dạ dày có thể tiêu hóa bớt thức ăn, không còn căng cứng, tránh các va đập gây đau khi vận động.

Xử trí khi bị Xóc bụng: theo phản xạ chúng ta thường co bụng lại với hy vọng làm giảm cơn đau, nhưng thật ra chính việc co bụng lại làm cơn đau dai dẳng hơn do các cơ và dây chằng bị căng cứng, đè chặt lên nhau. Điều cần làm là để cho các cơ và dây chằng được giãn ra, cho người bị đau hít thở nhẹ nhàng, đều và chậm, để cho các cơ bụng được thư giãn, xoa nhẹ quanh vùng có cảm giác đau, khi có cảm giác khá hơn thì chuyển sang hít thở sâu, nhưng thực hiện một cách từ từ.
